🚨 Caution In Public Interest!

It has come to our notice that a certain individual or group of individuals are approaching people over WhatsApp and Telegram posing as employees of Zeptix Digital. They are offering them Online Jobs, where they will be paid for doing certain work on YouTube and other similar websites daily or weekly.

Please note that Zeptix Digital has nothing to do with this kind of advertising or activity, and that none of these fraud individuals involved are employed by us in any way.

If you are contacted for the same, it is a case of cyber fraud, do not entertain such assignments. Refrain from sharing your personal, financial & banking details with them & kindly report this matter to your nearest Cyber Crime Police Station as soon as possible.

Such frauds are routinely perpetrated by fraudsters looking to win people’s trust and gain their hard-earned money. They often use whatsapp & telegram messaging apps to reach out to their victims.

(2) Any offer for job or business collaboration made against a service charge OR security deposit OR processing fees OR background verification request OR expenses – whether REFUNDABLE OR NON-REFUNDABLE in any form should be considered fake.

(3) We DO NOT make any recruitment attempt via WhatsApp, Telegram or other messaging platforms.

(4) Any genuine offer for a job or a business collaboration sent on behalf of our company will be sent via email ONLY from our proper domain- @zeptixdigital.com.

Kindly stay alert for fraudsters using our logo, website address or office address on any email or message sent from a false id or external domains. This also applies to messages sent in private or groups on messaging apps like WhatsApp or Telegram.

(5) Any mail, offering a job, interview date & asking personal details should be dealt with caution, especially if copied to e-mail IDs ending with Gmail/Yahoo/Hotmail/Live domain.

(6) ln case any Job Applicant(s) is offered a job OR any aspiring collaborator has been made any offer promising a partnership  against a payment in any form; or has accepted employment from fraudulent persons, Zeptix Digital & its employees will NOT be held liable & responsible for any consequences thereof.

(7) Please be vigilant of such offers, notify us here. You must also lodge a complaint with the Law Enforcement Agencies, immediately.

(8) Beware of fake Websites, Email ids’, Facebook, LinkedIn pages appearing similar to ours.

(9) We reserve our rights to initiate any appropriate action as we deem fit.

    Scammers frequently pose as representatives of reputable organizations. They might even use an employee’s photo stolen from the internet to appear credible. Remember that genuine organizations will never demand instant payment or sensitive information.

When using messaging platforms or social media, be vigilant for the following indicators when deciding whether to accept friend requests or respond to messages:

  1. Unknown individuals or celebrities soliciting money.
  2. Requests for upfront fees to claim a loan, prize, or supposed winnings.
  3. People claiming to be friends or family members in urgent need of financial assistance.
  4. Individuals urging you to shift your conversation away from the social media platform.
  5. Individuals who rapidly develop a romantic interest and subsequently request money.
  6. Messages or posts with numerous spelling and grammar mistakes.
  7. Urgent messages stating an issue with your online account and requiring an immediate response.
  8. Messages prompting you to log in to your social media, email, or bank account to access important information about online services you use.

By adhering to these straightforward guidelines, you can protect yourself from falling victim to scams.
